Selected Projects

Selected projects include Bancroft Ridge Golf Club, where Lally Homes and Lally Golf redesigned an 18-hole course in Bancroft, Ontario, and created more than 60 one-acre golf course lots. The team built and sold homes throughout the community before selling the entire development.

Other projects include Whitetail Golf Course in Lindsay, Ontario, redeveloped from nine holes into an 18-hole course with approvals for more than 50 homes, and Bear Creek Golf Club, where a historic course was redesigned to preserve environmental areas while creating a 25-home senior’s community.

  • Lally Homes and Lally Golf redesigned a beautiful 18-hole golf course in the heart of Bancroft, Ontario, creating a residential golf community with more than 60 one-acre lots backing directly onto the course. Lally Homes built and sold homes throughout the development before successfully selling the entire project.

  • Lally Homes and Lally Golf redeveloped an aging nine-hole golf course in Lindsay, Ontario, transforming it into a full 18-hole golf course with approvals for more than 50 new homes. The project combined golf course revitalization with thoughtful residential planning, creating long-term value for the surrounding community.

  • Formally Bear Creek Golf Course, Lally Homes and Lally Golf redesigned a historic 100-plus-year-old golf course while carefully preserving its environmental areas. The redevelopment created space for a new senior’s residential community featuring 25 beautifully designed homes integrated into the natural landscape and golf course setting.
